The spiral staircase is very very narrow and quite steep - the elderly and anyone with vertigo should be wary of booking this place. Finally the quality of the outdoor furniture on the roof terrace was substandard and needs replacing. We have been in two of this management company’s properties and the one we booked with Hotels.com was not the best in terms of luxury quality. Plus side was it’s terrace and the three bedrooms. But one bedroom was street side with a shared bathroom to the second bedroom. Upstairs bedroom had it’s own bathroom and terrace. The bathroom fixtures upstairs needs improvement. Kitchen was basic with open shelves. Washing machine was functional but not working very well. Living area is under glass sky lights and is totally enclosed so you can’t get any air into the area. There is a small tv provided to the guests. Overall, we didn’t like this property and wouldn’t stay there again and changed to a newer apartment with a new kitchen and bathrooms. The second was more comfortable, better bathroom and kitchen fixtures, washer and dryer, interior design was more pleasant and actually matched. Small patio with barbecue, only problem was that we had hot water problems.
