Within close proximity to shopping mall and smaller shops, cafes and restaurants etc. Kirstenbosch garden is a short drive away, and the False Bay beaches even closer. Our stay at A Place in Thyme was splendid. Fish Hoek was a lovely serene town, perfect for accessing beaches and nearby Simonstown (Boulders Beach) and easy access to the city by car or train. The studio room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed with an amazing view. Linda was a fantastic host and took care to ensure we had everything we needed. Even during loadshedding we had access to wifi, TV (and Netflix), a portable stove and hot water for shower. So u can imagine now we were more afraid to even talk , cause they will most probably hear all we say and do … it became walking on toes and talking softly and not watching to .
