"If I would give a 0 I would. First, checking in seemed forever.second, front desk does not answer phone. Sent email as well; no response .Left hotel on the shuttle and realized I left my Apple Watch. Called 100x n no one picks up. I see my watch on the tracker. I know it’s in the room. Hours later, it moved to another location so I marked it stolen. Third, the shuttle I booked to the cruise with them overbooked ppl so 3 ppl didn’t have a seat; then it broke down. Took over an hour to get to my cruise. Lastly, the food I ordered there.. fish as undercooked by a lot; service was slow. Worst experience at this hotel. "

"Gave us the wrong key twice . Someone did not check out properly when we try to get in unit. Checkout policy was not so flexible. The unit had some dirty towels and strange smell.swimming pool floor was dirty with bird poop and pool had dead flies. "

"No housekeeping, dirty floors, non-existent bed sheets, terrible mattress and pillows, charged us for minibar consumption that we did NOT consume. Absolutely terrible, and definitely NOT a five star hotel. "

"Clean room, but found marijuana in the drawers and hair pins all over the floor. It was also very noisy for being an upper class hotel. The staff was very nice though. "

"The rooms are very big. The condo is also very sparse- few amenities in the building. Many things were broken/ not working. Shower in main bath only had cold water, could not pull open the large front room window shade,lots of rust stains, etc. The pictures shown on Hotels.com do not look at all like the real place. Also, many of the outside wall condos face a parking lot and that, along with construction on the other side of the lot make it very noisy! I would say adequate and roomy but very basic"

"Everything about my stay from check-in until checkout was great. I used the gym amenities. Breakfast was fresh and staff was courteous. If I needed anything for my room, the staff jumped on it immediately. I had a great experience. I will definitely be staying with the Hilton again."
