"Nice place, good location and very responsive host. I would definitely stay again when in Portland."

"Great stay. Alexa was a great host. Having garaged parking and the indoor pool/hot tub was perfect for our stay that coincided with a snow. Would definitely stay here again next winter."

"Thoroughly enjoyed this house! "

"We had a wonderful time at the property! Super close walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Host was so responsive and even checked in to make sure we were having a great stay. Would stay again!"

"Wow, wow, wow! My family and I all agree that this has been the best rental home we have ever stayed in. The interior design is so chic, we were truly wowed by the attention to detail in this place. The beds and pillows are also extremely comfy, we all had a great two nights of sleep here. The location of this place is phenomenal, it neighbors the Portland Observatory, many bars/cafes, and is a short walk down to the eastern promenade. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in...

"we used the house has home base for several outings in Portland. Great location and easy parking."

"Perfect stay for a quick trip to Portland! "

"Overall nice small place, owner responded quickly to issues. "

"Had a great stay. Plenty of amenities that made it nice since it's the winter months. "

"Great space for our needs: three generations for a graduation weekend!"

"This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

"This was our second time staying at this beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious beach house. It is extremely well equipped and stocked in every way, from beach chairs to games and puzzles. The kitchen amenities and supplies are plentiful (we especially love the twin dishwashers) and made it easy to prepare meals for our for our multi-generational family of 14. The location is great, very easy beach access, and we rode the local trolley down to Old Orchard Beach for extra fun. There are also a...

"The property was very nice and what my family needed. It was exactly what I expected of a beach bungalow in the OOB area. The beds were surprising and so comfortable and while the shower was small, the water pressure was so nice. We would absolutely come back! The owner was very communicative and quick to respond."

"Great location and super clean! The host was very helpful and had everything we needed. The house is very spac of space but the selling point is the roof top hot tub!"

"Steve was wonderful and readily available for any of our questions or just helpful recommendations! Made our stay so much more pleasurable!! We enjoyed 3 meals by their on staff chef. She also did an amazing job. We travel with 17 so needless to say it’s a lot but we had more than enough space for everyone. Also, have to mention the outdoor space was delightful!"

"We were very happy with our stay here. House was clean and is in a nice location for visiting Saco, Kennebunkport and Portland. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great and clean, however the parking was so tight!"

"Excellent stay at this property. House is very nice, well furnished and clean. Location is perfect for beach time and downtown activities. We had good times and communication with host was 10/10. thank you"
