Very convenient location - situated 12 miles to Fort Myers downtown and 12 miles to Cape Coral downtown, 13 miles to Art District & Seafood dining of Matlacha, 2.5 miles from public golf course Coral Oaks Golf Course and less than 10 miles from community boat ramp & Four Mile Cove Ecological Park w/ nature trails, kayak launch &more! The single family home is fully furnished, offers a great room layout, split bedroom floor plan, tile flooring throughout, cathedral ceiling, spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, large master suite with flat TV screen, dual sink & shower in master bath along with a walk-in closet, long screened lanai, laundry room, garage and a large backyard. If you would like to explore and discover the beautiful and peaceful waters around the area, we have a kayak for 2 persons that can be rented.
