Villa Lucia - 3/BR heated saltwater pool & spa

This beautiful vacation villa is located in a quiet yet central area in southeast Cape Coral. It offers enough space for 6 people and enchants with its charm. The view of the heated saltwater pool (no smell of chlorine and particularly kind to the skin) and the green surroundings, including palm trees, gives you that holiday feeling at all times.

The absolute highlight of this villa is the outdoor space with furniture, a gas grill, and dining area for 6 people. The saltwater heated pool has enough room for the whole family and the jacuzzi offers a more relaxed ambiance to enjoy a drink while getting a back massage with the jets. Sun loungers, pool toys, and floaties make relaxation and entertainment perfect.

There is room for the whole family at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils as well as a food processor and a large side-by-side refrigerator. The kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and modern. High-quality bed linen and comfortable mattresses ensure unique sleeping comfort. The master bedroom lets you wake up in the morning in a beautiful king-size bed with your own private bathroom and TV. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and 2 twin-size beds respectively. The master bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in rain shower.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in this villa. ONLY NON-SMOKERS

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Every room is packed with an extra set of sheets located inside of each closet.
You can find extra towels inside the master closet and the linen closet next to the guest bathroom.
You'll find feminine products, toilet paper and hair dryer inside bathroom vanities.
Cleaning products are under the sink cabinet in the kitchen and inside the vanity in the guest bathroom.
Other cleaning tools are located in the garage.
