The South West Florida style should meet with European elegance. It was built in solid construction with a tiled roof and complies with the latest building standards and the latest thermal insulation regulations. Upon arrival, the Villa Coral Bay welcomes you with its excellently maintained subtropical garden and a spacious driveway to the three garages, which you can of course use to accommodate your cars. After you have opened the front door and walked through the foyer, the open living / dining area welcomes you with its almost 130m² of living space. The up to 4.50 m extra high, indirectly illuminated ceilings with their interesting stucco and color designs underline the spaciousness of Villa Coral Bay. Two almost 8 m wide and 3 m high sliding glass doors provide a direct view of the oversized pool deck and the canal crossing. The design of the villa impresses with the balance between modern South West Florida architecture and elegant European design in warm natural and earth tones. The villa offers you a living space of approx. 440 sqm, of which 360 sqm are selectively air-conditioned with two A / C units. Due to the wide plot with its over 43 m long waterline, the pool deck with 240 sqm size, of which 85 sqm is covered, is more spacious than most villas in Cape Coral. Thus there is really a nice sun place for every resident. A screen cage across the entire width of the house with 4 picture windows provides a wonderful view of the water from every point on the pool deck and protects against annoying insects. The well thought-out infinity pool design offers the option of swimming laps as well as having a refreshing drink in a flat lying area. The heated whirlpool integrated in the pool with 360 degree overflow and massage jets will help you relax. An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, side burner and sink is available to meet the culinary demands. The generously dimensioned dining table in basket design can seat 8 people, a lounge corner invites you to linger and a bar table with associated stools lures you with a good drink. A ceiling made of fine tropical woods and diverse decorations complete the outdoor living. Swimming pool, 14 m long, with 10 m long negative edge, and sunledge area, bubbler whirlpool / spa, integrated in the pool, 360 degree overflow, heated, 6 massage jets, 2 mountain bikes and 2 beach bikes The living / dining area, which is equipped with high-quality marble flooring, consists of three parts. Dining is followed by the generously designed, open American real wood kitchen in a dark design. Upstream is a kitchen island with an integrated dining bar for up to 4 people. All built-in kitchen appliances that meet the highest environmental standards are made of brushed stainless steel. The cooktop with its 5 "flames" works on an induction basis. It goes without saying that crockery, cutlery, pans, pots and other kitchen inventory are sufficient for 8 people and of excellent quality. The kitchen therefore offers you all the options you need to prepare and present the most sophisticated dishes Let down. The Nespresso coffee machine with separate milk frother ensures perfect coffee enjoyment even during your vacation. Don't forget to take your favorite capsules with you from home! From the dining room with its dining table designed for up to 8 people, you have a beautiful view of the canal crossing through an oversized window with fixed glazing. The actual living area offers you a generous upholstered landscape made of light leather from which you can enjoy the pictures on the oversized Smart LED TV with Dolby Surround Sound optionally in German. Through the neighboring glass doors, you can also wander the clear view over the water and end the day with a glass of red wine. From the living / dining area, two gullwing doors open into the game room and into the adjacent owner / master suite. The game room as the center of indoor entertainment with its dark hardwood floor surprises with a pool billiard table. When designing this room, great emphasis was placed on the American way of life and history. Here you can end the evening with a good glass and a game of billiards. The somewhat separate location of this room takes into account guests in need of rest who have withdrawn to sleep. 3 bedrooms have Smart LED TV with internet connection, a USB charging socket and a music system The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. It was beautifully appointed and located near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. However, there were seven of us staying at the house and there was only 1 wash cloth. Luckily, my sister lived nearby, and we borrowed hers. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the pool/spa heater. The house is beautiful! 3 couples rented fir a week with so much space to spread out! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, along with the pool table! The view is so pretty and relaxing. Only thing I would suggest is if you live in the states and like a top sheet on your bed bring one. This is a German owned home and they do not sleep with a top sheet. It comes with blankets and separate comforters, so if you don’t mind that you are fine. Next year when we return we will bring a top sheet…easy easy! Can’t wait for next year! ##### alice g. The only reason I gave the online listing 4 stars instead of 5 is that the there are NOT 4 showers. The 4th bathroom is just a powder room, no shower. We made due but it would have been good to have the 4th shower for our group. Also, it would be nice to have more trash bags, dishwasher pods, and some cleaning supplies. We could not wash dishes properly or wipe down counters and tables. Overall, the house is incredible and we loved it. ##### Nicole L. The house is absolutely spectacular! The owners are wonderful & the process of accessing the house & checking out were super easy. The neighbors are wonderful. The location is perfect for driving to multiple beaches during your stay. We always drive to Sanibel, Fort Myers, Captiva, and Marco Island and this property gives us a great, relaxing location to come home to each day. Our kids absolutely love the pool and spend much of their time out there! Sunsets here was wonderful! I'm a retired airline pilot and have stayed in a number of villas, hotels, with the hospitality business. The check in and check out procedure has you contact the property manager and schedule an appointment with him. Don't bother, All he wants is for you to sign the information sheet that you have checked in and out. Oh by the way, the info sheet on the villa is in German. Don't count on a warm and welcoming feeling while you stay there. You will be penalized for exceeding the daily Kw hour electrical consumption as well as not using linings in the garbage containers; as well as not cleaning the grill after use. There are do not touch signs around the property warning you that the alarm is on. You will also have to bring toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap , bug spray for the flies, etc. This is one of the finest properties on vrbo that you will find. Just be prepared for the little things that will become a "burr in the saddle". ##### Mike T. The house is exactly as described, and very well stocked with beach towels and bath towels. The lanai, outdoor furniture and pool/hot tub are perfect. There were no written operating instructions for the home, TVs and pool equipment. The pool toys/floats all had holes in them so should be placed in garbage and new ones purchased. The gas tank for the grill was empty and stated there was a full tank in garage and that you have to replaced gas, no full tank in garage so we chose not to have to go and replace for 1-2 times use. The remote in back bedroom broken. The screen patio door is missing a catch so the wind open and closes the lock. The front door handle also came loose.
