The home is tucked away in a quiet area of the very sought after SE Cape Coral neighborhood. This tastefully furnished home lets you know you're in paradise with a large flat screen TV, and high-speed wireless internet. Relax on the lanai, soak in the 6-person hydro spa hot tub or swim in the very large pool, Heated by Solar panels. The living room and open kitchen/dining room includes a breakfast bar. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a split floor plan. The home is very suited for a family vacation with a safety pool gate. The backyard is very secluded, and you and your family will feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Cape Coral is a growing city with something for everyone. Their Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is fantastic and has a Bar and Gill to enjoy. Enjoy all the fun things to do like boat trips to Key West and around Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva Islands. And we could not find any pool towels anywhere and of course we don't travel with them. Never needed anywhere else we stayed with a pool. The sheets on the bed looked like they were tossed on and looked messed up. Someone doesn't know how to make a bed. Other than that we enjoyed the house. Villa Theresa was a great place and we will return. Thank goodness we were there in the winter mouths and didn't need the air conditioner on we made sure we didn't leave any lights on and we had night lights on so we don't run up the electric bill because if you do you have to pay if you run over the amount they expect.
