We rented the house in November for the holiday. We arrived and were unable to get into the property with the code provided. I contacted VRBO support as well as the owner who did not respond and we were unable to get into the property until the next day. The owner said they would refund us for the day but I’ve yet to receive the refund even after contacting the owner multiple times. VRBO support was unable to assist in getting the refund either. Every day we would have coffee and breakfast in the lanai, which we cooked in the well equipped kitchen. We had house guests a couple of times and they all loved the house. All the beds were comfortable as were the bathrooms. While we did have a few issues that needed attention, Chris always responded VERY quickly with the fix, or when the service person would be there. It is, however clean, adequately spacious for a small family, located in a nice neighborhood, and within reasonable driving distance to most anything you'd be interested in. There are a few annoying little things about the property which aren't important enough to take the time to write about. But there are two things which you should know...One, the beds are perhaps the most uncomfortable of any I've experienced in a VRBO rental anywhere, and I've stayed in many! And two, the neighbor to the left whose house is a mere thirty feet away from the Master bedroom has a large, loud dog which he puts outside every morning at the crack of dawn. So...be prepared to get up each day at the same time the neighbor puts the dog out, because it's loud! ##### Brad T. I really miss our time at this home. We were visiting family in Fort Myers and this house was perfect for us. We were able to cook dinners for our family and relax in this beautiful open floor plan. There was nothing missing, everything was well thought out while designing this rental. We were able to take day trips and explore the area which was absolutely beautiful! We have decided that we will come back next year for a longer stay if this house is available! I recommend this rental, we were very happy with it.
