    Step into this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in southeastern Cape Coral centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. This home features over 2,100 square feet of space and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. You will enjoy the various amenities including a solar heated pool, pool volleyball, hot tub, kayaks and access to the boat dock.

    This home features 3 bedrooms. A king master bedroom, and two queen guest rooms. You will also find a queen sleep sofa in the foyer adjacent to the master bedroom for additional guest comfort. You will enjoy the large amount of activities and amenities the home has to offer. You will enjoy the lanai and pool area which features a solar heated pool and stand alone hot tub and gorgeous views of the canal. There is an outdoor kitchen with with grill and fridge where you can both cook and enjoy
    delicious meals!

    There is so much to enjoy in Southwest Florida - be sure to take part in it all! Whether you want to spend the day on the beach with the 4 beach chairs available, hike through an eco preserve, or venture out in the provided kayaks to explore the canals, there are plenty of ways to soak up some Florida Sunshine and make great memories. Also, The Courts of Cape Coral - a brand new 32 court pickleball and 12 tennis court complex is very close so don't forget to bring your gear!
