Great Home

House was very comfortable. The tiled floors and carpeting need a good cleaning. Other than that, we have no complaints. Hope to be annual renters at this home for March and April. Judi and DeWayne were awesome to work with, as is the rental company in general. Thank you for making our two month stay very enjoyable.

We booked this house for 8 nights. For the price we paid my expectations were not met at all. Room with two single beds was very uncomfortable. Pool never ever got warm. So I do not recommend booking in winter months. Bathroom had mold on the floor. We stayed 8 nights and were only given two extra rolls of toilet paper and 2 extra trash bags. When I had asked about that I was told to go buy what was needed. I have booked thru VRBO before and most houses come with the basics, this house did not. For the price they want per night I would definitely not stay here again. My son left his baseball cap behind and I was told they could ship it for 30.00 plus shipping fee, why try to make a profit on shipping a childs hat?? Also I was informed upon arrival that the electric that was used would be paid by the renter. I have never heard of this before

Not the best by far

Upon arriving we couldn’t help but notice that it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival and how sticky and hot the air was inside. The AC struggled our entire stay. Property Maintenance “Dewayne” was great at bringing us fans to stay cool. The only person who was prompt and efficient. Urine was on the toilet seat. The kitchen sink had no pressure and the spray nozzle would get stuck which would make the faucet inoperable. We loved the pool and the location of the property. Minus the cigarette butts left behind and not picked up. The house needs some work before you continue to rent it out. Especially for the price listed. Requested a refund for a stay cut short due to AC not cooling and a few other things, here we are over 3 weeks after our stay and no refund. Complete lies and this management is poorly ran. I would not list my home with this company. Their excuse is they are working remotely. So nothing gets done.

Time flies when you're on vacation.

My husband two daughters and two granddaughters enjoyed our FL visit in large part to having a clean, safe and well supplied home base. On the days we stayed in everyone enjoyed the pool and comfortable lounging areas in the home. We really wanted for nothing. There was an abundance of food, beverage and shopping very close. We would definitely go through this property management company again.

Memory's for a lifetime!

The house and location were excellent! Lots of food and shopping within walking distance if you don't have a rental car. The house was laid out perfectly for myself and my kids. The owners sweet is on the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms. Perfect for bedtime to lay the kiddos down and still be able to enjoy the evening without disturbing them. The pool area is amazing! You can pretty much be anywhere in the house and still see the kids swimming. The pictures truly don't do this property justice. We will definitely be visiting again from Minnesota!

Overall it was ok, the air conditioner has problems and the house is very hot.

There was a lot of problems with the Air, the house was hot most of the time. The master bedrooms bed was uncomfortable and the mattress would sink down. Most of the plugs don’t work and the lights in the pool don’t work either. The bathroom has flushing problems.
