Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Great spot with plenty of entertainment

Family vacation

The house was absolutely wonderful. Our son never left the pool area. Everything you need is right here. We were amazed by how clean and well stocked everything was. We really enjoyed the beach supplies and bikes. Thank you for your great hospitality, we will definitely be back.

Amazing Family Home

Our family truly enjoyed our 10 day stay at Roses house. The outside pool area is perfect for your family. Rose was super quick to communicate and had the house perfectly prepared for us. Dont hesitate booking this tremendous home.

2025 Family Florida vacation

Had an excellent stay with our family! The home was very welcoming and clean! We loved the pool, lanai with outdoor kitchen with an outdoor TV. The indoor kitchen was great too! Appliances were new and clean. Outside kitchen was clean. It's great to rent a place that's taken care of and ready to use! Thank you so much for allowing out family to enjoy our annual vacation together in Florida!

Great Place

This is a cozy house with a beautiful outdoor area. Everything was in good working order and many extras included in the price. Hosts were very attentive to any needs we had and very gracious. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Fantastic comfortable home for long stays

Very spacious and comfortable home. Beautiful pool and hot tub with great sunsets. Loaded kitchen. Totally recommend this place. It also has a great location. Under 30 mins to magical Pine Island and even less to Ft Myers, beaches, Sanibel, etc.

We have rented many houses in this area and this one was at the top of the list. Super neat and clean and all needed household items were available for our use. Rose has created a perfect holiday home! It literally had everything we could have wanted (and more!) and we all (from age 9 to 69) had a fantastic stay! We particularly loved the pool area which entertained us all for hours but the house itself was also fabulous.

Amazing Rental & Hosts

Everything about this property was perfect! From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, easiest check-in and check-out, property super clean, absolutely gorgeous decor, comfy beds (big deal!), outdoor area was over the top (had absolutely everything you could want and more), pool/spa were the perfect temps and enjoyed it all week. The host provided excellent communication and really cared about making our stay perfect!!

The pictures and description of the home and ammenities was spot on. The house inside and out was very clean, neat and asetetically pleasing. It was well stocked with almost anything you can possibly need while you are there. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many stores, gyms, etc. Rose was very responsive when contacted and we would highly recommend this rental! Looking forward to going back!

We were very happy with this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The week we visited the weather was cool so we loved the hot tub feature. The outdoor kitchen and bar were used often too. Additionally, the home was very clean.

Two week getaway

My family and friends stayed here for two weeks. This was such a fantastic property! We had a blast with all the amenities they had. Love the kayak! We were extremely impressed with how well stocked the home was with absolutely everything we needed and at how responsive the hosts were. The pool, hot tub and canal access were awesome! What a gem! My husband and I spent the week in the beautiful pool watching manatee swim in the cnal. Amazing! The house is so stocked with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is perfect and the pool floats were the best. Would certainly stay here again!

All you want in a vacation home and more!!

This home is exceptional. As a former VRBO host I so appreciated all of the thought that Rose put into her home for renters. The pool and spa were amazing! Outdoor living space has it all. Also liked the fact that all bedrooms have blackout curtains. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Rose was awesome! She went out of her way to help us on a couple of things. Great location to downtown and marinas and restaurants. Our pup loved it too. Highly recommend!!

Great Family Vacation

This property is excellent. Very clean. Rose thought of everything. The pool and outdoor living area / kitchen are beautiful. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool everyday and watching cartoons on the tv outside. Will definitely be back sometime.

The house & neighborhood were exceptional. The host thought of every amenity you could hope for. The outdoor entertainment area was perfect, wished we could have stayed a bit longer. We are planning to stay next year if available. 10 ++ rating!!
