Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! New kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space was perfect! We loved the hot tub, pool and enjoyed watching tv in the lanai. Rose has created a perfect holiday home! It literally had everything we could have wanted (and more!) and we all (from age 9 to 69) had a fantastic stay! We particularly loved the pool area which entertained us all for hours but the house itself was also fabulous.

Everything about this property was perfect! From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, easiest check-in and check-out, property super clean, absolutely gorgeous decor, comfy beds (big deal!), outdoor area was over the top (had absolutely everything you could want and more), pool/spa were the perfect temps and enjoyed it all week. The pictures and description of the home and ammenities was spot on. The house inside and out was very clean, neat and asetetically pleasing. It was well stocked with almost anything you can possibly need while you are there. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many stores, gyms, etc. Rose was very responsive when contacted and we would highly recommend this rental! Looking forward to going back!

Two week getaway

My family and friends stayed here for two weeks. This was such a fantastic property! We had a blast with all the amenities they had. Love the kayak! What a gem! My husband and I spent the week in the beautiful pool watching manatee swim in the cnal. Amazing! The house is so stocked with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is perfect and the pool floats were the best. Would certainly stay here again!
