Have you been looking for the perfect getaway? Has the thought of a private house rather than noisy hotel rooms crossed your mind? Look no further because this home is literally called "Paradise Found"!
A beautiful and newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Pool home located in SE Cape Coral and only 15 minutes from the Backyard Canal out to open waters. This little gem will help you relax by the pool whilst enjoying the healing Florida Sun. With enough room for small families this home features a King sized bed in the master bedroom, another king sized bed in Guest Bedroom 1 and a queen sized bed in Guest Bedroom 2. While the Guest Bedrooms share their bathroom which includes newly installed tile shower, the Master suite has a beautiful and spacious Master Bathroom with walk in shower and large tub and not to mention His and Hers sink.
The newly furnished home features a Nautical and Modern style with Flat Screen TV's in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2. Enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with Granite Countertop and Stainless Steel Appliances that also features Bar seating. Breakfast Den seating for 4 and the added Bar at the kItchen allow for a family of 6 to comfortably sit together. With the beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets, a nice dinner or BBQ out by the pool with patio seating for 6, will allow for nice entertainment. The home features a Gas Grill for your convenience and 2 lounges are available for sun tanning.
For our Boaters. While this home currently does not feature a Boat Lift, it does have a Concrete Dock and this home is only 15 minutes by Boat from the Caloosahatchee River.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Absolutely Wonderful

The home was beautifully appointed. That was our first impression. Everything was so clean and you felt like you walked into a very nice hotel room with the rooms dressed as they were. The pool area was very large and we had plenty of space to lay out anytime of the day. We had the best vacation and it all started with the home. When we arrived (much later than anticipated due to issues with rental car) I wrote down the wrong number to get in the home with the keyless pad. I texted the number they sent me for communication, and in less than 5 minutes, they remotely unlocked the home and gave me the correct code. The location was so easy to everything!! We walked to the downtown area (about 35 minutes) and a few restaurants close to us that were less than 15 minutes walking. We highly recommend the home and this rental company for a visit. It was a truly wonderful experience.
