  • The villa Paradiso is the prime Cape Coral luxury vacation rental destination! With its 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, movie theater room, 2 hot tubs (one on the 3rd story roof terrace), fireplace, heated pool, 11 TVs, high end furnishings, and much more, all under nearly 6,000 sqft living area. The pool area has eastern exposure which treats you to some amazing Florida sunrises. The nearly 6,000 sq ft under air means the villa is large enough for even the biggest of families. Everything you could possibly need to feel right at home is present at the house. It's fully furnished and equipped with plenty of bedding, pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, 11 TVs, 2 hot tubs (one on the roof), fireplace on the roof, heated pool, 3 King and 2 Queen beds, elevator, 3 car garage, fountains in the pool, and much much more. If you have questions about anything specific just ask!

    The boat lifts are not for guest use. Guests can dock boats along dock.
