Relaxing month

We stayed for approximately one month in Feb 2024. It is a lovely home, well appointed with many amenities (kitchen, BBQ, TVs, bedding, towels, furniture). Very clean. Lovely location on canal, backyard is east facing so lovely morning sun. Quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours. BBQ could use replacing as igniter is broken and it is challenging to light. Excellent communication whenever needed instantly from Mary (owner). Easy walking distance to Walmart and Publix for exercise. Games (pool, etc.) in garage but we did not use these items at all. We are very grateful to have enjoyed this lovely property for February.

Relaxing Home

We stayed in this home over spring break with a total of 9 guests and had plenty of room! The bathrooms were crowed at shower time as we had 5 teenagers with us! Anything and everything you need is at this home, and if it’s not the host will do what she can to get you what you need! When I say this is the best host I have EVER had…she was amazing! The boys fished off the dock all week and we all loved the heated pool and outdoor area. The kids enjoyed the game room in the garage and spent time out there after evening dinners and while taking breaks from the pool. We took morning walks and runs and always felt safe.Cape Coral is a bit of a drive to any beach with traffic and especially during spring break so keep that in mind. Super close to stores, shopping and fast food. We drove a bit in evening to get to some restaurants that were recommended to us! Beds were comfortable, house is updated and super cozy! I was hesitant to stay here due to lack of reviews so I hope this review will give you peace of mind knowing this is a great property!

Relaxing and Clean

This home is everything you need for a relaxing trip. The home is updated and extremely clean. We all thought the beds were comfortable.There were 9 of us that fit comfortably in this home during our stay. When I say this is the best host I have EVER had… she was very responsive and made sure to take care of us! The bathrooms were crowed at shower time as we had 5 teenagers with us. The boys fished off the dock all week and we enjoyed spending time out there as well! We loved the heated pool and outdoor area. The game room was a hit in the evening after dinner or in between swimming! Cape Coral is a bit of a drive to any beach and especially during spring break so keep that in mind if you prefer to be close to the beach! Shopping and fast food places are extremely close. We drove to local restaurants that were recommend to us- some 30 plus minutes in the area with traffic. We felt safe taking morning walks and runs in the area. I was hesitant about booking this home due to not many reviews but I hope this review helps you!

What a beatufil and tranquill retreat

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of pleasant and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and clean area and the location is close enough to all of the much needed amenities. The house is modern with plenty of living space and is fully equipped with nearly everything we needed for our stay. The backyard view overlooking the canal was peaceful to say the least. The game room was a big hit as well. We look forward to staying at this residence again when we return to Florida for another vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The house was perfectly set up for our group so there was enough space for all of us. The house was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area was a beautiful place for us to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.

PRO:The property is very nice, very comfortable. The pool and lanai were lovely, perfect for sitting in the sun with no bugs. The description leaves off information about the back yard down to the dock area, though there is a picture. CON: The description is incorrect, there is NO hot tub. PRO: The rooms are as described, the furniture mostly comfortable. The beds had egg carton foam on them and were comfortable. Blankets were new. The back of the house essentially opens to the pool and lanai which was great. The kitchen is well appointed with silverware, heavy dishes, and pots. CON: The place smelled like it had been washed in Febreeze or some such spray. Even with the windows and doors open as much as possible, the smell lingered throughout our visit. To the Owner: The management company has been problematic and non-responsive. A short explanation is that as of our leaving on Feb. 12, there was an unfixed leaking garbage disposal (identified 5 days earlier) and a shade fixture fell on me as I was closing down the master bedroom. You need to leave information on hurricane shutter use (most were down when we got there), recycling rules, microwave, and fan/light use.
