  • Lovely waterfront gulf access home in SW Cape Coral awaits you. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms will ensure everyone is comfortable. The lanai and screen covered heated pool will keep you cool under the warm Florida sun while keeping the bugs out.

    The house is fully equipped and has a newly renovated kitchen. Beautiful gulf access home with pool and a 2 car garage. The kitchen and bathroom vanities are newly renovated in 2018. All new beds and bedding as of 2018! Home features high ceilings in the common areas and 1,700 square feet of living area.

    The kitchen comes with cooking essentials. There are beach toys, chairs, bicycles, and 3 kayaks available to use!

    Easy check-in the day of arrival!
