The neighborhood is quiet with lots of joggers/bikers. Tons of restaurants within 5 miles. We saw manatee and iguanas in the canal behind the house. My mini daschund loved all the open/flowing space between the living room and sunroom. Master bathroom tub could use some updating. It's a little slippery and doesn't drain all that well. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub. The outside couch in the shade is perfect for hot/sunny days. We would stay here again. Stayed 21 nights in Feb 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Evelyn F. 1 Apr 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Property Needs Improvement We arrived and had to contact the property manager as the refrigerator filter and a number of light bulbs in the kitchen were out, the primary bathroom tub did not drain (bathrooms are very old), I had to descale the keureg coffee maker, and dog poop was in the yard. I had to replace the batteries in the house entrance code box as the batteries were close to 'dead'. A number of the electric outlets didn't work, prints were put on the wall with the wrong hangers and fell off (during the night), the smoke detector in the kitchen went off every time we cooked, and on two occasions water entered the house through the door near the pool when it rained. Because there were usually only two of us at the house we used the second bathroom but if there was a larger group with the bathroom and outlet issues, this would not have been a good property to rent.
