The spacious two-story villa facing West is located in a very high quality and well-kept residential neighborhood in the desirable southwest Cape Coral.
Sunny and maritime colors and accessories make all areas of the villa appear in a paradise vacation ambience.

The nice and spacious sunny pool deck offers 8 comfortable upholstered deckchairs, a dining table plus 8 upholstered lounge chairs and gas grill overlooking large areas of water. The pool with waterfall can be heated with a new heat pump up to a pleasant temperature in the winter months. Come and enjoy a nice cocktail at the Tiki hut and watch the sunsets which is one of the highlights of the vacation day. The sunset is an unforgettable treat

The impressive double high ceiling appears from the entrance area, formal dining room to the kitchen and the two living areas on the ground floor and the first floor.
The natural wood gourmet kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces with high quality. On the ground floor next to the living area there are two dining areas and a spacious kitchen, a queen bedroom with a large lattice windows, a newly decorated bathroom with a rain shower and the master bedroom with a king bed with panoramic mural , four poster bed which has access to pool area. It also offers two dressing rooms and a luxurious master bath with a rain shower as well. Upstairs is the second living area with another TV, three maritime designed bedrooms with two queen beds and a king bed as well as a large bathroom with double vanity ,a rain shower, closets and another bath. Babyfence, highchair and crib available.

5 plasma TVs, 3 cordless phones, wireless Internet access and two separately controlled air conditioning systems leave no technical requirements.

Quick family trip

We had to hurry and book a trip, in looking to find a place, Kevin was quick to respond and able to meet our needs. The house was great, easy to get to, clean, had what we needed and welcoming. Would recommend and use again.

Wonderful layout and pool area

The pool and lounge area is amazing and we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors! The house has plenty of room and a ton of privacy. Some issues we had and notified owner: figuring out the TV set up with the Amazon fire, finding the outlets with fuses down by the dock to get the outdoor lights to turn on and finding the lights/fan switch. They did send a handyman right away the next morning. The decor is very nice but some of the beds, main couches and stair carpet are a bit worn. Overall, we had a great stay in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to restaurants!

Good space, needs some TLC

The house has good spaces for a group but would benefit from a deep cleaning both inside and around the pool area. The kitchen appliances need updating. The coffee pot was very old and had not been cleaned well. There was a great set of dishes but not a single piece of Tupperware or small container for leftovers. Dish and laundry detergent were provided, but nothing to clean the kitchen counters. For the price, expected more attention to detail.

Family Vacation in January

Fantastic vacation home for a large family. We ended each night hanging out at the pool reflecting on our day. Kitchen was well stocked making it easy to prepare dinners. Had a wonderful time.

Property is not as up kept as shown in the images and the owner charged us extra fees for electricity. Would not recommend to stay here.
