If you choose to take the water route WHY NOT, the home offers its own private boat dock featuring an approximately 30 min drive to have Gulf access. The lush garden surrounding the property offers a great vacation feel.
Here, guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental feature 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds ) and 2 full bathrooms.
Villa Fun in the Sun can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi, Netflix, extra blankets, and pillows, and all of the essentials you need for your stay.
From the kitchen there is an open layout to the dining and living room. Additionally, there are 2 bicycles available if you like to discover the surrounding area on one of the many great bicycle paths.
There is no shortage of outdoor entertaining options at Fun in the Sun. Whether you choose to dine under the shaded patio with ample seating or sunbathe in the lanai on one of the lounge chaises you will be sure to enjoy the Florida sun.
