French Villa - 3/2 Modern SW Cape Coral Vacation Home with Saltwater Pool

Modern pool home in SW Cape Coral with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath.

Off-water location with convenient access to downtown Cape Coral. The living room features tile floors and sliding glass doors to the pool. The contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar and granite counters. The home is located close to downtown Cape Coral in a quiet residential area with southern orientation and includes a pool with electric heater and southern pool exposure.

The master bedroom is split from the other two bedrooms and offers a king bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The attached master bath offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located behind the kitchen and dining area and share the guest bathroom including a shower tub combo and single vanity.
- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
