Great house in a great area with 2 separate living spaces.

We loved our stay! We are a married couple that had 2 adult children with us and we thoroughly loved the layout of this house as it provided 2 separate living quarters. We are also avid boaters who brought our boat with us and we loved having the dock available for our use. We’ve been coming to this area for over 20 years and would highly recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and were sad to leave. It was comfortable, convenient, and homely. We spent our holiday relaxing in the pool, visiting the many nearby sights and beaches, and using the kayaks to explore the canals and do some fishing. The property management were very responsive, also, helping us resolve an issue with the pool caused by a large amount of rain Cape Coral recieved over a few days we were there. Luckily we were there long enough that it didn’t inconvenience us too much. If one improvement could be made, it would be only to ensure guests could easily log into their own Amazon account on the TV (to rent movies, etc). But this was a minor issue. We loved it overall and would come back in a heartbeat! Many thanks But that was

Review of Villa Florence

This is a lovely house. It is spacious, with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is ideal. I love the pool and the canal. The staff is very responsive. I will definitely be Coming back. The only thing it lacks is a dining table. For a house that claims to sleep 8 people, there should definitely be a dining table. The only thing it has near the kitchen is a small desk with 2 chairs. We will certainly pass this info to the owner and see if they may want to add that for future guests.

The property was absolutely perfect. It is located on a saltwater canal in a location that is close to everything. The house is great, especially for large families or groups. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommended property.
