This Cape Coral home was perfect for our group of 12\. Location is convenient with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants and it's an easy drive to Fort Myers and Sanibel. The home is well appointed with better kitchen amenities than one typically finds in a short term rental and nice bathroom products. We also got great use out of the outdoor kitchen on the night that we grilled dinner for ourselves. Beds were comfortable and the teenager who opted to sleep on the couch said it was very comfortable too. The kids in our group loved swimming in the pool and spotting fish from the dock. Communication with the property owner was easy and all messages were always returned very quickly. Perfect location when wanting to visit other beaches in the area. Our host was readily available for questions. The property was convenient to stores, restaurants and parks. We sat on the pier and watched fireworks on the Fourth of July.
