  • Escape to this beautifully modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool home in Southwest Florida, offering just under 1,900 sq. ft. of open, airy living space designed for comfort and relaxation. With tile flooring throughout, central air conditioning, and upscale coastal décor, this home comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

    The spacious primary suite is privately located on one side of the home and features a king-size bed, 43” flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool and lanai. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a private water closet, and a large walk-in shower.

    Two additional guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished with queen beds and flat-screen TVs. They share a beautifully updated hallway bath with a tiled walk-in tub and shower.

    Enjoy true Florida outdoor living with your private pool, gas grill, outdoor dining area, and fire table perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.
