There are no sidewalks & grass has LOTS of sticky things that were hard to remove from my dog’s longer hair. Kitchen outfitted with most everything one would need for making a complete meal. One big drawback for me was the lack of a supportive/comfortable chair for TV or reading. The leather sofas were way too squishy for anyone with any back issues. Nice to have washer/dryer for use.
