This modern waterfront home is a luxurious retreat with expansive outdoor dining, cooking, and living spaces. Enjoy the heated pool, (included) while waterside a freshwater canal. If you choose to explore, the home is centrally located - minutes from top dining, shopping, and entertainment. Expect modern décor, spacious rooms and an open-concept design. This home is locally managed so we accommodate most requests. Home is vacation ready and we are excited to host you! Welcome to SWFL!

#### Peaceful retreat 

This house was the perfect getaway for our family. It was beautifully decorated, has state of the art amenities and everything we needed for our vacation. The kids all enjoyed their own rooms with TVs as well. The pool and outdoor area was perfect and relaxing, plus the pool shelf was great for our littlest one. The neighbors are all friendly as well. Close to any stores and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.
