This private modern home offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, over 3000 sq. ft. of living space has an incredible spacious kitchen that is well equipped for preparing your favorite dish. Designer coffered lighted ceilings, plank tile floors throughout, and high-end appliances. Spacious family room with fireplace complimented by detailed vaulted ceilings. This open floor concept connects dining room and Living room with the kitchen and outdoor area.

The outdoor area offers a huge marble deck, cypress ceilings, & extensive landscaping, full outdoor kitchen w/ bar top (seating for 4), gas grill, pool bath and fridge alongside the almost 500 sq. ft. of Cabana Outdoor Living Room! Winter months, heated saltwater generated pool/sitting pool, and lounge area in pool.
Stream your favorite channels on the large flat screen TV in Living room, 3 bedrooms and patio, comfortable lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and a wonderful pool with 2 water lounge chairs, a sitting Pool and dining area for 6.

The owner’s suite feels like a private retreat with a spa style walk-in shower and round soaking tub. Generally a nice place with all amenities needed. Really comfortable master bed. Great outdoor lounge and grill.Waterfall at the pool was a little annoying as it made any outside communication impossible and could not be switched off.

Perfect Place to Relax

This house was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The pool and patio area was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a basic meal and there is a very nice gas grill if grilling is your thing. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and anything else you would need. This was the perfect place for a much needed long weekend getaway for my wife and I. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in SW Florida. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place

The place was clean and in a great location. It was nice to have extra amenities in the kitchen. The beds are really firm. We would definitely book the place again if we ever come back to Cape Coral. We were pleased with our stay.

Fabulous experience, will return

Do not hesitate to book this wonderful home…it is exactly like photos but even more amazing in person! Extremely clean and the layout of the property could not have been better. Plenty of everything and and the location is near plenty of restaurants, boating, swimming, beaching, and relaxing. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Family Get Away

This was a beautiful property, the house layout was great! The pool was warm and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to a lot and nice neighborhood. A couple things that we wish were different, the sitting pool used to be a hot tub, and when I booked it, it did say spa in the write up, but it wasn’t a hot tub, it was the same temperature as the pool. Also, the a/c is suppose to be set at 78-80 degrees. This is not cool enough for my family, especially if we are sleeping. But all in all, it was a great house. We really enjoyed it.

Hidden gem!

This house was amazing! The pool was great it had all dishes and utensils that were needed the property mgr was very good with communication me and my family loved it and will definitely be back!, Only downside is the firepits aren't allowed to be used and the waterfall light show is only 30 mins otherwise an amazing place!

A Perfect Vacation Spot

I can’t say enough great things about this property and my family’s experience working with the property manager. Every question we asked and request we made was promptly responded to. Caroline helped us out so much and ensured everything was ready for our arrival. The accommodations were in pristine condition and the amenities from the pool to the kitchen, living areas and master suite made the experience everything we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a high end experience and vacation.

Cape Coral Cabana

This house is absolutely stunning. They spared no expense when it came to the finishes of this house. The pool is great and the light show/waterfall is a nice little bonus at the end of the night. Access to downtown Cape Coral and Fort Myers is very easy with just a short drive down the road. Caroline was wonderful with communication and we would definitely stay here again!

Cape Coral September Vacation!

House and lanai was beautiful and decorated perfectly. My wife and I enjoyed the days by the pool and exploring the neighborhood, which has several very nice restaurants, grocery stores and nightly entertainment close by. The neighborhood has a very safe and up-kept appearance. The one and only glitch we had is the request to keep the AC at 78-80 degrees. We prefer a temperature that is a little cooler inside when it’s HOT outside considering we come from Michigan. That little thing would not make me pass on this beautiful rental, though. We enjoyed our stay!

Will probably be hard to get in the future. Everything was comfortable and accommodated 3 couples easily. Pics do not do this place justice. You will love it here.

This property location and stay exceeded our expectations

Our stay was wonderful the house was immaculate. The neighbors were helpful and kind ! Even with a little hurricane the beaches and location were great ! The pool was gorgeous and we loved the lanai (no mosquitos or critters ) the kitchen was well equipped and we loved the stove tops burners and the oven worked great as well . The decorations were simplistic yet very laid back modern and Florida vibes . We had the easiest time communicating with rossman (the business that manages the property) not only were they timely but they were also kind when we arrived an hour and a half early all the way from Missouri after a 16 hour drive with three kids they let us go ahead and check in since no one else was there still for a stay before us . Which was wonderful seeing as we were exauhsted and needed the rest. They also provided a few items for the beach and the fridge and freezer was large enough for groceries for the whole 8 days that we were there. We highly recommend !!!

It was our first visit to Cape Coral. The property was clean, and very well kept up. Had couple minor issues that Caroline was able to take care. Caroline was on top of any questions or issues we had without hesitation no matter how many times I messaged her. It was good working with her, and the management company. Would rent another property through this management company, and Caroline was the host. Caroline was going to look into the waterfall, and light show timing for pool being about a hour earlier than posted after our departure. Caroline was a great host, and would recommend her as a host for any future rentals. She called or messaged me periodically to see how our stay was going. Keep uo the good work Caroline!

Absolutely beautiful!

This home is gorgeous & spotless. It had plenty of wonderful amenities - stocked kitchen (plus brand new appliances), plenty of towels (for the bathrooms & pool), etc. Any concerns we had were minor. For example, the amenities section lists a hot tub, but what looks like a hot tub in the pictures is actually the sitting pool. It still has bubbles (in 3, preprogrammed 15 minute intervals daily). However, the pools were both wonderfully warm. We didn't have much hot water for showers (& not enough hot water to fill the beautiful master bathroom tub). And honestly, if it had been that big of an issue, we would've contacted the property manager.

Cape Coral 2023

The house is brand new and exceptionally clean, photos accurately depicted the rental. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to prepare dinners. WiFi was great for work calls and streaming inside and outside. Neighborhood was clean and very quiet. The outdoor space is gorgeous, pool is on the smaller side but perfect for hanging out and relaxing. We were a little disappointed at first we couldn’t control the jets or pool lights, but as other reviews and the property description states it is designed as a sitting pool not hot tub. This didn’t bother us at all after the initial realization. Location is excellent and a short, easy drive to Sanibel beaches where we normally went. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Ft Meyers. Definitely enjoyed our time here. One of the best homes we’ve found in the area after spending several summers in Cape Coral and Ft Meyers.

Beautiful, well-furnished, but...

The house and pool area are beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. We are 5 women in our 70s and here is some wisdom from our demographic: the showers need grab bars and at least one toilet area should have one. There are very few towel racks.There should be a handrail somewhere on the shallow end of the pool. The tile around the pool is extremely slippery when wet. The primary bedroom needs additional outlets. The one near the sliding bathroom door is almost unusable. The pendant lights above the nightstands are useless. They can't be operated by a person in bed, the bulbs are painfully bright and they are hung at an angle useless for reading. These factors wouldn’t stop us from coming back but could be big problems for the less able-bodied.

Plenty of room for 6 people, was perfect for my family of 4. Waterfall actually goes from 8:15pm - 8:50 pm (posted sign says it starts at 8:30). Waterfall is great but loud! Very loud! Was awesome first and second time but then wanted the option to turn it off. Would also be nice to be able to turn on pool lights and use the firepits. Pool is very dark at night and all outside lights are very bright. House has everything you could need. Bed pillows are awful and flat, but beds are comfortable (very firm). Would recommend this home to anyone that wants to stay in Cape Coral!

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely beautiful! It’s was new, clean, beautifully decorated and pretty well equipped. We would however suggest getting some decent pillows for all the bedrooms (they were thin and so uncomfortable) as well as some room darkening/private draperies. One of the spare rooms had very sheer curtains that provided no privacy and in the other spare room the curtains didn’t even fit the windows- we actually had to hang bedsheets to get any privacy from the house next door! Good pillows and some draperies are cheap/easy fixes so hopefully that will be dealt with. The mattresses were extremely hard and for our group that was an issue… probably not an issue for some people. You could definitely use another few towels available for use in each of the bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were absolutely perfect! Lots of lounge chairs and sitting areas. The pool was a little cool when we arrived (cooler temps) so after a phone call to the property manager that issue was quickly fixed and for the rest of our stay was great! She also had the waterfall pool feature turned off at our request as we found it extremely loud! Caroline was great to deal with! We enjoyed the location very much- it was quiet but convenient for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
