Our always-sunny screened-in pool lanai is the perfect place to catch some rays, sip on a frozen bevie, make a splash, fire up the grill or just do your best starfish impression and lounge by our electric-heated pool! You'll find everything you need for outdoor dining and entertainment, including a gas BBQ grill and plenty of seating/lounging options (sun and shade) and an outdoor TV. Inside, the bedrooms feature modern furnishings, large beds, and ample storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the must-have gadgets and kitchenwares. Master bath boasts huge walk-thru shower, 2 vanities, and grand soak-in tub. In-residence laundry room equipped with full-sized washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided. Located on a quiet street in the highly coveted Southwest Cape area, convenient access to Cape Coral hotspots, downtown Fort Myers, and the nearby islands of Pine, Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach.
