We had a wonderful 6 night stay at this beautiful home. The pictures do it no justice. The location was close to everything. Plenty of restaurants and stores near by. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of towels and linens. We will definitely stay again!!

Relaxing getaway

The house was beautifully furnished and very accessible. The kitchen was better stocked than any other home we have rented. The neighborhood is on a quiet street and stores are nearby. My family especially enjoyed the pool and the fishing dock. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the amenities! Would have loved to stay longer.

The house was very clean and had a great lay out for everyone in our party. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't want for anything (except a cutting board).

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home with amazing pool! We enjoyed the kayaks on the canals, relaxing on the dock, and in the shade by the pool, and walked the neighborhood. All the kitchen amenities. Comfy beds.

Perfect for a Girlfriends Weekend

Four of us stayed here for 6 nights in February 2024.The decor is beautiful and the views are great. From the dining table you look out at the pool and the view from the outside deck is really nice. It felt like a luxury resort. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and additional needs. We would definitely stay here again!

House and property as described. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes/spices/pots and pans. Kayaks,bikes,coolers and beach chairs for your use. Pool towels provided. We use VRBO often and this was one of the cleaner homes we have stayed in.

Phenomenal

The perfect spot for a Florida family getaway. The layout of the house gives each room access to the hangout spot, th Master bedroom is huge. The garage holds 2 cars and it's available. Great location to everything. We live 3 hrs away in central Florida and we'll definitely be back.

Barefoot Villa

This was such a cute location for a family getaway! The house was clean. Close Proximity to many restaurants and fun things to do. House was very spacious. We wish there were more hooks and spots to hang beach towels and shower towel towels. Also multiple lightbulbs were burnt out. The water level of the pool was low causing a loud gurgling sound when we arrived and had to fill it our first day. But overall, this did not impact our stay very much and we enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful!!!!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The property was very clean and comfortable. We opted to pay for the heated pool which was fantastic and we used it every day. It is a very clean and quiet neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. When it was time to leave, we did not want to go but all vacations must come to an end. I highly recommend this property!

Nice home

The home was well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. It was very nice to be able to jump in a pool after driving 12 hours the day of arrival. The only thing I thought could be improved was for there to be another tv in one of the other bedrooms. There was only one in the master and one in the living room. Other than that l, things were great.

We loved the property however it wasn’t a stepless entry as they had said. The pool was the highlight but was not heated upon arrival and needed filled some during the trip. The floors were dirty as our socks were black. Needs some care. 24 hour service with good communication and refunded some for not heating the pool.

Great Stay and Location

I was here with my family on vacation, and it was our first time in this area of Florida. The location was perfect, only 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, 15 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers and 45 minutes to Sanibel Island. The pool was clean and perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet. We flew in from another state, so it was great that the house came with everything we needed to go to the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler) and had plenty of floaties for fun in the pool. The house had a grill, so we were able to grill outside with enough seating for everyone to eat outside by the pool. There was a fishing rod available that my son used for fishing in the canal behind the house (and yes, he caught some fish). We've been staying at vacation homes for years when we travel and this was one of the best. We would definitely go back to this house if we were back in this area again.

Nice house for family vacation

My family and I arrived as TS Debby was coming through. We reached out ahead of time to find out if the house was accessible and quickly received an answer. With that, one of the things we found confusing was that there are two different parties to reach out to for various things, Evolve and the local contact, Amy. We weren’t sure who to reach out for what, so there were a couple times we were pointed to the other party after reaching out to the first one. The house is nice, it is “U” shaped with the 2 guest bedrooms on one side and the primary on the other side. Both bathrooms have doors allowing access to the pool, which is nice. The oven and stove work great, so if you like to cook while on vacation, you are all set. There are beach towels and board games provided. The beds and pillows are comfy and there are lots of extra blankets to snuggle up with. A couple items to note, the ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work, so make sure to buy ice. There are no window coverings on the sliding glass door to the pool or the windows in the hallway. And if you want the pool heated in the middle of your stay (as we did because of the Tropical Storm Debby) you have to pay the $30/day for everyday of your stay, not just the days you want it heated. With that said, the pool was amazing once we had it heated! The house is located on a canal and is west facing, so you get lots of sun on the pool. It is a nice rental home for a family vacation.
