Our family had a great time staying here! Our young kids are excited to go back. The pool was a definite hit with the kids. Anita was fantastic and came out to get the pool heater running for us on Christmas!

We enjoyed our stay at the House of Sunshine. The house was very nice. We loved the pool, spent the week just floating in it! The location was excellent, close to Cape Coral Parkway for easy access on & off the Cape. Very quiet neighborhood. Anita the property manager was great too! Will definitely stay again!

My children and I had an amazing stay. The house is everything it features online and more. Not only is it extremely clean it is comfortable and gives a homy feeling. The pool was a perfect source of entertainment for the children, I could hardly get them out of there. Ms. Anita is so sweet and helpful she is willing to go out of her way to make sure your stay is great. I highly recommend staying here!

Helping our parents

We were in a time crunch planning a visit to Florida to get our parents into assisted living as they can no longer live independently. Hotels were outrageously priced we found this beautiful VRBO and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while doing our search. The host was so very accommodating as we had to extend our trip twice. The pool and grounds are beautiful, the house is spotless and beautifully decorated. Will definitely book this again when we have to come back down in a couple of months

Great Pool House in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our stay at this great house in a nice neighborhood of Cape Coral. The house was recently all remodeled so everything was new and beautiful from the well equipped kitchen to the towels and sheets. The best part was the lovely pool and lanai area that we used every day and really appreciated in the Florida heat. The owner thought of everything need for a trip to the beach as well- chairs, umbrellas, cooler… Our host, Anita, was great. Vey responsive to any questions, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect home away from home

Our stay at the House of Sunshine was perfect! We have no complaints about the property at all. The pictures are exactly as the house is. The open concept of the home would make it very easy for a small family to stay here and still have space from each other. My husband and I couldn’t get enough of the pool area, it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The home is in the perfect location to get to FMB or surrounding areas with tourist attractions in a timely manner. The owner and property manager were so easy to get along with and answered any questions without hesitation. We highly recommend staying here for your next visit to SW Florida!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed there for 7 nights. House was so clean, checking process was so easy. You will find almost everything you need in the house even even beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. There were enough towels, comfy beds. If you are planning to cook in the kitchen you may need bigger knives. Except that almost everything was provided. Plus there is an extra $50 fee to clean up the BBQ if you didn’t do so. We would stay there again for sure. If you can’t reach them via app, call or thxt the number they provide since the house owner is in Germany Anita will help you, she was so kind and helpful.
