Weeks before our arrival. When we arrived my children were so excited to swim in the pool only to find the pool was 65 degrees. There is a tablet in the house to control the pool and we were supposed to be tesxted a code to access it by Vicasa the management company. We never recieved a code tried contacting Vicasa and no one could help us or had any idea how to help. The property manager finally contacted us on Sunday and emailed us instructions on how to use the pool but still no code. We finally recieved the code around 130 in the afternoon. We started to heat the pool but by the time we had to shut it off for the night it was still only 70 degrees. The next day ran the heat still only 72\. Finally on the 3rd day of our 6 day vacation we had amoderately temperate pool of 75\. We had 2 days of the 6 days we were actually able to use the pool. The conpany and manager were very unhelpful or able to undrstand the problems. The prooerty was not clean. The bathroom door had pee on it. The front door wouldnt lock along with the master bedroom. I suggest the owners of this property switch to another management company. Location was fine but the problems completely ruined our vacation. ##### Terra K. Stayed 6 nights in Dec 2024 ---
