It is also a short drive over the bridge into Fort Myers.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV, lanai access. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: King bed.
- Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk bed.
- Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.

There is also a 2-person kayak and 2 fishing poles included for extra fun on the water. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating are ready for al fresco dining with your group. There is also another table out by the dock for waterfront views. Take the beach chairs and cooler out for a day trip to the sand.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! One small dog is permitted, with a pet cleaning fee due at booking.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for 3–5 days.
- Guests are responsible for propane refills if needed. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in the reservation.
