The house was great with everything we needed. It is well furnished, indoors and out. The pool and lanai are wonderful. It was also great to have use of the large garage. Winter Get Away

The house had everything we needed for a really fun and relaxing vacation!! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and the adults loved the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

The property is very modern and very clean and could easily be used for a couple, group of adults, or even a couple families. Lots of near by local seafood restaurants, golf, and other attractions, but the property is hard to leave with a beautiful pool and great outdoor entertainment and cooking area. The owner was excellent to work with and answered any questions quickly. Already planning a return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house was exactly as described (no really, the images are up to date and not 5 years old like others we’ve stayed at)—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My wife and I really enjoyed our week-long stay in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean, and the pool/lanai area with outdoor kitchen exceeded our expectations. We cooked several meals outside on the awesome grill. Tom is a great host/owner and is easy to reach if you need anything. The neighbors are very friendly people and we always felt safe and welcome. If we had to mention anything negative, it would be that the kitchen could benefit from a new set of knives and cooking utensils for people who want to make most of their own meals in the house. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks Tom!

Amazing Home to Spend As A Family

We had such a great time staying at this home and spending Christmas together as a family. The home is brand new, very modern, so clean, and beautiful, and the pool/hot tub with the waterfront view makes for such a peaceful atmosphere. Tom and Ellie are amazing hosts who are very thoughtful, attentive to detail, communicative, and so readily accessible if you have any questions. I highly recommend staying here when in the area!

Beautiful immaculate and very comfortable home. Everything was provided for a great stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days. The hosts were super helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. The house is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed everything about the house. It was very relaxing and even had bicycles. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. The host was very friendly , helpful, and fast at replying to our questions and needs. I would rate this house and the host higher than five stars. Everything was perfect. Fantastic home!!

We stayed here for our anniversary and to be together on the 5 year anniversary of our oldest son’s passing. We wanted a quiet, peaceful place to just be together and this home was beyond anything we expected. It was so beautiful. It was close to our favorite places, yet allowed us to not leave if we didn’t want to, and just enjoy the pool, the view, etc…We cannot wait to stay here again.Tom was a phenomenal host!!
