This beautiful 3,800 square foot home is a MUST see. Enjoy a magical vacation in Cape Coral at this Courtyard style home. The Property features 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms plus Game Room, a Master Suite with large Bathroom attached and direct access to the Pool area. The Master Bed is a King sized bed and Master Bathroom features large walk around shower and centralized Tub. The Main house also features 2 guest bedrooms with one King Bed and one Queen Bed. A shared bathroom for both guest bedrooms is located in hallway to Bedrooms. This beautiful home features a large kitchen with skylight and full LED lighting, 2 living rooms of which one has a large screen TV while the family room features a sleeper sofa and enough seating for family game night. Don't forget about the additional Game Room with 7' Billiard Table, large screen TV and a small Bar for entertaining guests and family while having direct access to the Pool and Spa. The pool area is completely private due to the walled in courtyard and screen covered patio to keep the bugs out. Electric heated Pool and elongated Spa with seating for up to 8 person. The Pool is also equipped with a waterfall feature that can be used at your leisure. If you arrive with multiple families this home also features a 3 car garage and large driveway. The house was huge, we felt bad that we didn't have a few more people there to share it with. Facilities were nice and clean. The pool was a lot of fun. The only cons were I had to buy laundry soap for the house. There wasn't any extra toilet paper, just one roll per bathroom. Since we where there so long, we needed a few extra. Fantastic master bathroom and we loved how the house wrapped around the beautiful pool and waterfall. The house offers plenty of space and privacy.
