The boat lift, dock, back porch and deck areas are big bonuses with lots of seating options to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Outdoor fire pit and first class gas grill are also good. The master bedroom and bathroom sports lots of closet space and the walk-in shower is a show stopper. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped well for adults or kids. Parking was sufficient for our 2 trucks and we parked our boat trailer in the front stone yard. Excellent rental for fishing and boating. The canal ride out is easy and the bait store D&D provides a convenient close place to launch and buy ice and bait. Many restaurants and bars are close by short drive or boat ride. We had some trouble with the boat lift and Ed was available immediately to get it fixed. All and All this place is first class.
