  • Welcome to its 5 O'Clock Somewhere! This home offers all you will need for your vacation getaway. This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is located across from riverfront homes with a private heated pool and full fenced in yard. You can easily access restaurants, beaches, shopping, night life and more within a 5 min. drive! The home offers Roku Streaming TV in living room and Master Bedroom, wireless internet access and desk area. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, the second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Pool Floats-Toys, beach items and 2 Adult Bicycles are available for use. It is equipped with a microwave, regular coffee machine, toaster, towels, linens, hair dryer, gas grill for those wonderful BBQ's basically everything you will need to have a enjoyable vacation! You can reach Cape Coral Beach within a 5 min. drive away, other beaches are within 30 min. away. Restaurants, Shopping, Winter Festivals and Night Life are within 5-10 drive away. Mini Golfing all year around and Cape Coral Water Park open during the summer months is about a 10 min. drive away.
