The location of the house is nice - close to everything, but quiet enough area to enjoy peace and quiet. Kitchen has lots of dishes and glasses. Pots and pans were ok and 2 coffee makers, but I would have liked a tea kettle. TVs in the living room and bedrooms were all in good working order. Nice fridge with filtered water and ice maker. There also was a nice document they left about information around the area. There is tons to do in Cape Coral and it is close to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island.
