Our Historic Tiny Homes are Conveniently located just a short 3 min drive to downtown Cape Charles and our Beautiful Beach. Giving you easy access to all that our town of Cape Charles has to offer. From Our Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Music, Events,...... and more....... Charter boats tours , kayaking , walking trails, we are easy access to it all. The Space: \- 3 Min Drive to Downtown Cape Charles. \- 45 minutes from Virginia Beach \- 1 hour 30 min from Williamsburg \- 2 hours from Richmond \- 3 hours 30 minutes from Washington D.C. Get ready to splash, shop, and stroll your way through Cape Charles with an enthralling array of activities for all ages and interests. Whether you’re a golfer, hiker, craft beer lover, or history buff, there are plenty of ideas for filling up your Eastern Shore itinerary. Each tinyhouse is designed for simplicity and comfort. Come and experience Tiny Livin’ The tiny-homes were built in the 1930’s. It was a labor of love for my wife and I to restore these gems. Visitors always say it seems so much bigger on the inside! Two guests will be very comfortable in the space. LIVING AREA: Offers a couch (Sleeper Sofa) a fold-out table with folding chairs, a television (with Roku), and a area for guest storage. KITCHEN: Features a Microwave , plenty of counter space, a sink (no dishwasher), a fridge, coffeemaker. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to cook a full meal, as well as 2 place settings. Coffee, creamer and sweeteners. A charcoal grill is also provided outside for guest use. BATHROOM: Has a shower, Towels and all the basic toiletries are provided. OUTSIDE SPACES: The front porch is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the sunrise. A fire ring with chairs is provided for fires under the stars. The self check-in feature means there are no keys to worry about and you don't have to be concerned if you travel plans are delayed.
