Located right across the street from the beach this house perfect place for a summer beach vacation. We were 4 adults and two kids ages 3 & 5\. There was plenty of room to relax either on the screened in porch or the livingroom after a day on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the diningroom has plenty of seating. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Located close to a park for kids as well as lots of restaurants and shops. There was plenty to like about this house! ##### Jen F. It made a wonderful setting for our family to relax together. We had a small issue with the lights, and the owners were fantastic. They responded immediately, helped us fix the problem, and even sent an electrician to make sure everything was safe (he said it was likely a manufacturing issue with a lightbulb- no problems with the house). It has old home charm with no modern updates, but it was clean, functional, and had plenty of space for our family. The location was great — an easy walk to the beach — which made our stay even better. We also appreciated the hose in the backyard and the strong water pressure in the shower (with helpful notes from the host on how to adjust it).One thing to note for future guests is that there’s no Wi-Fi and the TVs don’t support streaming — just a collection of DVDs and VHS tapes. It wasn’t what we expected, but we made do and it encouraged more family time together.Overall, the house worked well for our stay, and as long as you’re comfortable with a more traditional setup, it’s a nice spot in a great location. ##### Erin C. Some peculiarities in our opinion as I’ve never been asked to wash laundry or linens at a VRBO especially when paying a cleaning fee. Also, the bathrooms need updates due to local water conditions staining and making the tub and bowls look unfavorable. Shower curtains need to be changed more often if local water conditions discolor and make the areas look unclean. On a positive note, the home is very close to the beach. Just note that you must bring your own beach chairs, towels and make sure to read the details of the listing for all amenities (i.e., WiFi..) ##### David P.
