Come enjoy this Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome near the beach just a .5mile walk. (7 min walk, 2 min bike ride) where you can get a view of rocket launches from the NASA spaces center. This townhome is perfect for a few friends just trying to get away or for a family of 6 or less. We are 45min from the Orlando airport/Disney world/ universal studios. 5 min drive to the Port Canaveral cruse lines. Plenty of local bars and restaurants to enjoy locally or in Cocoa Beach / Port Canaveral area. We have a nice size back yard that is perfect for Barbecues playing corn hole or just longing around. The Screened in lanai in the back is perfect for a night cap! Everything you need for the beach is located in the detached garage. We hope you enjoy this townhome as much as we do.
