It was a relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Nice area. Cape Canaveral is a hidden secret in FL. Even Cocoa Beach near the US Space Force base and even KSC/NASA weren’t too crowded with tourists, and we went on July 4th Weekend. The outside shower was convenient after being at the beach. There was also a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Peacocks literally roamed the neighborhood. We didn’t do much downtown, but it looked nice and clean, and this VRBO was close to it. The house itself was just the right size for us. We never felt crammed. It had a nice kitchen and amenities (we used the crock pot). Perfect if you have a kid with advanced needs, where in our case, we had to prepare a lot of the food ourselves. And the internet was good and fast, with a fire stick hooked up to the TV. Lastly, the host was good. She checked in to ensure we got in easily, forwarded check in/out instructions (so that I never had to use the binder in the house), and even answered one of my questions via text about the Internet.
