Canaveral Towers unit 910 is the perfect place for your dream vacation, with amazing views of the beach and ocean from your private balconies and throughout the completely renovated unit. The condo is very spacious and is large enough for families & groups up to 8 that want that perfect beach vacation together & have the privacy of 3 bedrooms. This must see unit is both a penthouse (9th floor) and corner unit, giving your the most amount of privacy of any unit in the building. The master bedroom has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closest and a private oceanfront balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with access to another oceanfront balcony and the second guest bedroom has three twin beds (there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room). Every bedroom, as well as the living room. has a Samsung 50" 4K LED Smart TV. In addition, everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided, such as WiFi, a full kitchen, linens & towels, a washer/dryer, etc. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment. The complex offers a large heated pool right off the ocean, private access to the beach, shuffleboard, a putting green, wireless internet and more. The building is located roughly 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, meaning the beach is quiet but you are still walking distance to the Pier. By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years. It was very relaxing. The condo was very spacious and clean. It fit all 7 of us comfortably. The only downside was there was only one working elevator but it was a relatively minor thing and they were working on the second one so hopefully they get that one running. This condo wasn't very crowded at all while we were there making it super nice at the beach because you could spread out. We loved the location and the area. Everything was as described in online listing. The only inconvenience was that there was on on elevator working and we were on the 9th floor. Other than that - no complaints at all. Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful ocean view. The only issue was being on the top floor there were pigeons roosting on the master balcony so lots of pigeon poop which made it unpleasant. There was plenty of space for my family of 6 (all adults). Everything is as pictured- Modern update, full-functioning kitchen with plenty of cookware and storage space, comfortable beds, a walk to the beach, 2 balconies with plenty of seating and tables were wonderful and Beach/oceanfront view to see the sunrise every morning made the unit even more than what we could ask for. Stores and restaurants are within 5-10 mins drive, Jetty Park and Port Canaveral were within 10 mins. It was unfortunate that Jetty Park was closed for the first few days, and even when they reopened, the fishing pier and some areas was still closed due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Ian. You needed the key for just about everything which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. There are security cameras all around the parking area, common areas and at every level. We definitely felt safe and it was quiet all day and night long. Communication with the Host was great! Kelsy reached out as my main point of contact, emailed details for the unit, provided a guide for the area to explore and helped with all my questions and needs in between. We had a key that did not function correctly and she got us a new key by the next day!
