This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse is one of just two located on a rare 1.4-acre, oceanfront property with private beach access. Originally built in the 1950s by the Army Corps of Engineers—before coastal construction restrictions—this home sits further seaward than neighboring homes, giving you unmatched panoramic ocean views and even a glimpse of the Kennedy Space Center’s launch pads from your private second-floor deck. Step out the back door, and you’re only ten steps from the sand. There’s no public beach parking at the end of the street, making this the perfect peaceful retreat for families or friends wanting a truly relaxing beach escape. Inside, the home is decorated in a cheerful seashell beach cottage style and features a bright, glass-enclosed Florida Room with ocean views. The upstairs master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private deck with seating for four. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed. All beds are outfitted with pillowtop mattresses, quality linens, and fresh towels. A full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor (with a washer and dryer) make it easy to accommodate your group. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes everything you need down to the drip coffee maker. We provide beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, All-brand non-scented laundry detergent, and dryer sheets to help make your stay easy. We also provide hospitality-sized soaps and basic starter essentials to get you settled in—you’re welcome to bring your own favorite full-size products for the rest of your stay. The outdoor spaces are perfect for unwinding: A private upstairs deck off the master bedroom A ground-level patio off the Florida Room A front patio sitting area A shared grill and an outdoor shower to help keep the sand outside We also added a Tesla Wall Charger in October 2024, available for guest use only (not for visiting friends/family). We ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds, be leashed outside, and be rinsed before entering the townhouse. Local laws prohibit dogs on the beach during lifeguard hours unless they are service animals. Early mornings and evenings are perfect for beach strolls with your pup, just like the locals. Guest Responsibilities: Trash must be taken to the bins on the south side of the building. Pickup is early Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please ensure the bins are out by the curb to help keep things clean and pest-free. Notify us of any damage or malfunction before checkout to avoid charges or miscommunication. Only flush the provided Charmin toilet paper. No wipes (even “flushable”), sand, hair, grease, toys, or anything else. Yes, we’ve had all of these—and we’d rather not again! Clean the grill after each use, including the grease tray. A replacement is provided in the storage area. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or around the townhouse. The house was very clean and decorated super cute! The townhouse is private and the beach is not crowded! The yard and outdoor space was nice to spend time in the evenings. Including the upstairs deck off the master.The grill worked great as well as all the appliances inside. While we stayed we got to see two rockets launch which was an awesome experience! The beach is a short walk away from the downstairs French doors leading to an adorable bridge that takes you straight to the sand. We found the house very clean, very comfortable and as "beachy" beautiful as can be. There is construction that goes from 8-4 next door. This project will be ongoing for a long time. We spent our days out and about or down on the beach (lovely private beach entrance), so it did not ruin our stay. The upper decks and the outdoor areas are all shared with the other side of the duplex. We were lucky that no one was there after our first day. That being said, this is a true gem of a home. There is nothing like it that I'm aware of in the area. You can walk right out of the house on to the beach. The beds are comfortable with real cotton sheets, and nothing beats the morning views and the sound of the ocean. None of us wanted to leave. I would highly recommend this property, just be aware of the daytime construction and the openness between the two duplex units.
