Location is great if you want to catch a launch it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is nice with a full size electric range and dishwasher. Comfy bed and nicer towels. The pots and pans were sparse and heavily scratched. There is a nice outdoor table for eating outside. You can walk about 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach Pier restaurants. The location was ideal, the neighborhood watch was always circulating to make sure we were safe, and the cleanliness was superb. The fact that this property already had a wagon, umbrella, and cooler for our convenience was a game changer. My only critique was the walls are very thin & there is another rental on the other side of the wall. Basically, you could hear everything going on next door. ##### Gracie D. We were able to walk or bike most places. It's a very convenient location, the beach is just a few blocks, and several good restaurants in the area. The rental was well-stocked, and about the only thing that would have helped is a dresser. It has a small closet so we hung up what clothes we could, but otherwise used our suitcases on the floor. Jordan was easy to communicate with. The place was spotless and exactly as described. I loved it! Perfect place for a getaway. One issue was there is no dresser, living out of a suitcase for a week is not ideal. The other issue is how clearly you can hear through the walls to the house attached. If no one is staying there while you are (as was the case for our first few days) it’s perfect. However, guests came to stay on the last leg of our trip and we could hear everything when they were in the front part of the house, we could clearly hear just their normal inside voice conversations.
