If you like the beach, awesome pools, and lot's of space, then this is a great resort for you. The resort features a lazy river, large pool, kids splash pad, and a large hot tub. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant on-site, a free movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, mini-golf, ping-pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more. There's also a golf cart shuttle to take you to and from the pool area and beach.  
  
From Florida beaches to rocket launches and cruise ships, it’s all part of space coast family vacation fun. At Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort, that fun starts with our kid-friendly resort!  
  
Enjoy spacious condo-style 2 bedroom villa that is 1,224 square feet. This particular unit is located near pool. You’ll love the living room and our in-unit washer/dryer. Prepare family meals in your full kitchen with cookware and eat at your dining table including tableware. Plus Wi-Fi, and parking are free for guests!  
  
Children of all ages love the water park-style pool with four-story water slide, lazy river, splash zones, and kiddie pool. Add in an arcade, movie theater, mini golf course, plus basketball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and there’s something for everyone! You can slip away to our exercise room with sauna for some relaxation, or to Cape Grill & Bar for a bite and cocktail.  
  
Guests at the 10-acre resort can walk or shuttle to our private boardwalk-style path from the resort to the beach at Jetty Park. It’s a favorite space coast spot to swim, watch cruise ships leave neighboring Port Canaveral, or view NASA rocket launches.  
  
And of course Cape Canaveral, Florida is also known for Kennedy Space Center- a must see! Even more fun is just a few miles south of the resort at Cocoa Beach, FL. Home to the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and plenty of beach side dining and family fun.

#### REVIEW

We were very happy overall with the room and facilities with a few exceptions. Exception 1 was there was one of the main elevators out of commission for the whole time we were there. This was a very big inconvenience. Exception 2 was concerning the water slide. It was one of the main reasons we stayed at this location since it is something unique to this location. The water slide was advertised to be open from 11 to 5 each day. However, it was never open 11 to 5\. When we asked the front desk, they always told us it should be open 11 to 5\. When it was not open, they said it was due to weather. This is even on days where the weather was perfect. It was only open a few days we were there and on those days, it was open 12 to 4\. Needless to say, my whole family and especially my grand children were very disappointed. I have never seen such incompetent management in terms of dealing with the water slide. We will not be back at this location just due to this one issue.
