Featuring a beautiful view of the ocean and a quaint private patio which allows for the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee before a day full of beachside adventures. Inside this safe gated community is a tennis court and three community pools granting the perfect opportunity for a fun filled day of outdoor activities with friends and family! When not outside, enjoy a fully equipped gym or spend time with family and friends in the club house. Each bedroom has a spacious and comfortable bed with cosy linens that will put you to sleep faster than the sound of the ocean. The capacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make you feel at home, with new stainless-steel appliances and beautiful marble worktops. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a book on the window seat looking out at the palm trees relishing the beauty by serenity or spend your evenings in the living space with a cosy seating area and a flat screen TV awaiting all your favourite shows.

The Area:

Cape Canaveral is home to the world-famous Kennedy Space Centre, originally known as the NASA Launch Operations Centre. In the hub of the nation’s human space programme, you can visit the Kennedy Space Centre Visitor Complex and walk the same footsteps that preceded Neil Armstrong’s journey on the moon. Cape Canaveral is perfectly located just east of Merritt Island, separated by the Banana River and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Don’t forget to visit the Indian River Lagoon which is North America’s most diverse estuary with thousands of species of plants and animals and the perfect day trip for wildlife sightseeing. You can enjoy the best of both worlds and all Florida has to offer on the river and in the ocean. With just a short 10-mile trip south, you can follow world champion surfer Kelly Slater to world famous beaches and enjoy city centre Cocoa Beach with quaint restaurants, live music and bars located right on the beach. Cape Canaveral is the perfect small beach town everyone loves to stay and no one ever wants to leave!



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 crossroads that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
