Die Lage ist OK, etwa 30-40 Minuten Fußweg zum Hafen von Cala Ratjada. Allerdings ist die Nachbarschaft sehr empfindlich. Als wir in der 1\. Nacht per Taxi nach Hause kamen, gab es gleich Beschwerden. So ganz geräuschlos ist das leider nicht zu machen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Pool lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Zwembad mist tegeltjes, vloeren in huis zijn gedateerd. En niet schoon. Doucheputje liet het water niet goed weglopen. Voegen niet schoon. Huis en meubilair hebben een update nodig. Zeker gezien de huur prijs. Stoelen waren niet schoon. Het was het allemaal net niet. Ligging is perfect. Met een beetje investering een super huis van te maken.
