Located in a quiet position in the northeast of the island between the villages of Canyamel and Artà, the Finca Es Clonenell is more than 100 years old. The accommodation has a spacious living room with characteristic ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It also has Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a large pool area - equipped with a 32 m² pool, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a barbecue. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy a warm summer evening with a glass of full-bodied wine under the starry sky. Golf lovers will enjoy themselves in the surrounding area, as 2 golf courses can be reached with a short drive. The centre of Canyamel, with a choice of restaurants, bars and shops, is 3.8 km away or 6 minutes by car away and Artà, with an even greater variety of shops, is 8.2 km away or a 13 minute drive. The centre of Palma is 65 minutes by car (or 74 km) away and you reach the beautiful Cap Formentor - a very popular place to watch the sunset on Mallorca - after 66.6 km or an 80-minute drive.

Schön und ruhig gelegen.
Pros: Schöne alte Finka mit großem Grundstück und perfekt für Hundebesitzer.
Cons: Ausstattung, wie zum Beispiel Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine etc. in der Küche sollte mal erneuert
