Holiday home L'Olivo is located in Marlia (Capannori) and is perfect for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. Spread over two floors, the ground floor features an open-plan living area with a sofa bed for one person and a kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the upstairs hallway, and a TV.  
  
Enjoy a private outdoor area with a fenced pool (open May to October, weather permitting), garden, spacious covered pergola ideal for poolside meals or evening drinks, barbecue, and a playground for children. A hot tub adds a relaxing touch.  
  
The property is just 2.7 km from the train station and a 10-minute drive from Lucca. Ponte a Moriano is 1.1 km away, Pisa 22 km, Versilia 40 km, and Florence 80 km. A supermarket and pharmacy are only 1 km away, making daily errands easy. Guests can also dine at a partner restaurant just 500 meters from the house.
