Nice Villa, Fantastic swimming pool.
Great well equipped Villa, fantastic private swimming pool and lovely big gardens. Short drive into Lucca and walking distance to some small shops and restaurants. Villa is located on outskirts of a town.

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben 2 Wochen in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus erlebt und uns auf dem traumhaften Grundstück so wohl gefühlt. So viele Sitzgelegenheiten ums Haus herum, in jeder Wetterlage konnten wir draußen sein. Herzlichen Dank

Einfach Super! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Tolle kleine Villa in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage, im Herzen der Lucceser Pallazo Gegend. Die Villa Reale und viele andere Schlösser und Parks sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Von der Terasse des Hauses hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben diesen Blick beim Frühstück jeden Morgen einfach nur genossen. Die Anlage des Grundstücks ist sehr geschmackvoll und einfach nur toll. Im separaten Obstgarten kann man auch sehr gut sitzen und einfach toll relaxen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der separat eingezäunte und relativ großer Pool eine Erwähnung wert. Das Haus selbst ist wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Hier wird keiner irgendetwas vermissen. Die gute und zentrale Lage des Hauses ermöglichen einfache Ausflüge zum Beispiel nach Pisa, Lucca (7 Minuten nur) aber auch nach Florenz. Uns hat dieser Urlaub hier einfach nur gutgetan. Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und traumhaftem Pool! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir wieder in die Toskana kommen!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage super. Die Betreuung war klasse und hat bei Fragen immer geholfen. Der Pool hat eine ideale Größe. Wir waren mit drei Kinder (2, 14 und 15 Jahre alt dort). Der Pool ist durch einen Zaun vom Rest des Grundstücks getrennt, sodass man den kleinsten auch einfach im Garten spielen lassen konnte.

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful time at casa Giulia. The property with swimming pool is amazing. It is very private property with a lot of space. Everything is very well taken care off. The pool has a great size and it is pleasure to spent time there. The owner were very helpful and hospital.

Fantastic in every way!
Villa Guilia with a beautiful garden and large swimming pool is a piece of paradise on earth. You have complete privacy. Fully equipped, very neat and clean and nothing is too much for the landlord. You really relax here. The location is perfect: shops and other amenities are within walking distance and you are in Lucca in no time. We will come back for sure!

Splendida casa vacanze per rilassarsi e conoscere la Lucchesia
Una villetta circondata da un bel giardino curatissimo, con una piscina circondata da siepi e ulivi per la massima privacy. Completa la dotazione della cucina, bagno grande e pulitissimo, doppi vetri con persiane dotate di serrature, mobilio adeguato. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla (Marlia) a breve distanza da Lucca (da raggiungere in automobile, ovviamente). La proprietaria è cortese e sollecita, oltre che simpatica ed estroversa da brava toscana :) Insomma un'ottima casa vacanze per trascorrere giorni tranquilli e raggiungere le località della Toscana più vicine (Lucca e Pisa). Eccellente esperienza!

Die Villino Giulia ist absolut empfehlenswert. Geschmackvolle Möblierung, gute Küchen-Ausstattung, sehr sauber, ein fantastischer Pool und außerdem sympathische, hilfsbereite Vermieter. In der näheren Umgebung alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Gastronomie von Gourmet bis Take-Away. Ideale Lage als Ausgangsbasis zur Erkundung der nördlichen und zentralen Toskana. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angemessen

Beautiful holiday home in the northern Tuscany
Very beautiful holiday home. The owner lives the next door and is very polite and helpful for all questions. The location in the northern Tuscany is great for short trips to Lucca, Pisa, Firenze and other smaller towns like Collodi with the Pinocchio museum. The landscape is very nice, green and for us a little bit to rocky because of the mountain side. But you can reach Siena in round about 2 hours by car. It was our first trip with our 8 month old baby. In the holiday home there was a baby seat and a baby bed. All perfect. Equipment: - pool - shower in the bathroom - BBQ - washing machine - kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cooker, water cooker, disher) - heating and climatic control - TV and WiFi - carport and bycicles The entire property was surrounded by hedges as kind as a privacy shield and has a very beautiful and well maintained garden. Only on weekends at night there was loud music may be from the town. All in all we can highly recommend this very nice and beautiful holiday home.

Great value for the money
Huge private pool and lovely garden. Spotless clean. This is really the best house I ever rented in Italy. Walking distance to restaurants in the nearby village and close to Lucca. The owners are really nice and we will for sure come back next time we plan to stay around Lucca.

Better than the pictures - we loved it!
Giulia is a wonderful house and the place beautiful to relax on the terrace or near the pool - which is private. We couldn't believe it when we first arrived. What a huge pool! The location close to a village with restaurants and to Lucca is great to further explore Tuscany. Great hospitability and lots of tips from the owner on things to se and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would for sure book again.

We were surprised about how nice Giulia was - you must change the pictures. So well kept, clean, huge private garden - and the pool. The pool is incredible for just this small house and we had it all for ourselves. We enjoyed beeing able to walk to a village. Thanks for having us.
