Valentina and Pietro were both amazing. Property location was perfect. Clean, different and facilities were excellent. Loved the fact that Valentina kept in touch all through our stay and sent helpful guides and map to us. Also lovely pictures of Lucca. We will return.

Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote. Dinner was great, but a very small restaurant. The couple managing the hotel were really friendly

The proprietor Mario was over and above, informative and helpful

Boutique style property beautifully furnished to a high standard in a quiet location within Lucca walls

Great stay in well located, clean and welcoming hotel with awesome staff who make the hotel excellent!

Excellent hotel with excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily with top ups of water, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was good with a great selection of pastries and eggs made to order. Ideally situated, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the leaning tower. Excellent B & B

Great location and very friendly staff. Would go back.

Lovely small, charming accommodation. Check in lady delightful and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Great location and a really good place to stay.

We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Well if you are going to stay in Lucca this is the place to come to Celeste and family are so welcoming it was as if you had known them for years, communication was great for getting in if she was out, the premises are in a wonderful quiet area about 5mins outside the wall away, to walk from train station around the wall to the exit port about 30 - 45 mins just google to see, the villa has good security ,the bedrooms are fantastic and bed very comfortable, all the information is supplied for...

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night out the 3 on our visit to Tuscany as we were flying out of Pisa the following morning. The hotel has a good mix of old and new furnishings and décor. Fabulous bathrooms though a wee bit small. Just the right amount of choice at breakfast in a pleasant conservatory. Also a very spacious terrace for sitting out or relaxing on a sun lounger with a drink from the bar service at reception. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would like to return in the...

We stayed in room 9. We loved the unusual decor, cleanliness, the friendly staff, the good size of shower (not being the thinest of people), the air conditioning that worked really well, breakfast and the drinks and bits to eat in the basement dining room availability 24 hours per day. It also has a car park which was a worry if it did not have one. The only issue we had was the place has no lift which meant we had to leave our large suitcase in the car.

Set in a beautiful courtyard, lovely lounge and breakfast area with drink and cake on offer during the day. Great room and comfortable bed. Able to walk to most touristy locations and a short ride from airport / station. Would recommend and stay on another visit.

Literally this hotel is opposite the leaning tower of Pisa, it has a cafe next to it perfect for breakfast with a view as although currently Expedia states the hotel is bed and breakfast it is not. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would go back
